Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

• The wrong book was delivered.
• The product arrived damaged.
• The item has major manufacturing defects.

Return Request

Please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refund Process

After the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for products damaged due to customer misuse or if the product is not returned in its original condition.
